This is the sister project the Westbrook Senior Apartments. A seven story 1970’s architecturally obsolete hospital addition to the original Hospital we renovated was demolished to make way for the 48-unit family project. The project consists of six two story buildings located next the school districts athletic fields and services.

This project included the development of the entire subdivision roads and utility infrastructure to service the 34 homes that ranged in size from 1200-1400 square feet.

Dekalb County, Georgia (Under Construction).
This family apartment complex will consist of 7 three story buildings and include 20 one bedrooms and 60 three bedrooms. The development is designed to have a pool, playground, dog park, exercise room, pavilion, and onsite laundry. Completion is scheduled for early 2024.
Calhoun, Georgia (Under Construction).
Chelsea Park is a 68-unit townhome community of 16 buildings and a standalone clubhouse/office. Construction is expected to be completed by end of 2022. Financing is through US Bank and 1st State Bank.
Augusta, Georgia (Under Construction).
200-unit garden style apartment community financed with tax credits and bonds in association with US Bank, Cadence Bank, and Churchill Stateside Group. Completion expected in early 2024.
Tucker, Georgia (Under Construction).
Woodland Grove will be a 52-unit townhome style rental community targeted for families. Units will be 1, 3, or 4 bedroom units with garage. This unique design will help provide housing for large families. Construction is expected to start in late 2022 and finish in late 2023.
Garfield Township, Michigan (Under Construction).
Hammond Road will provide 80 units of garden style apartments to the growing Garfield Township area of Norther Michigan. Construction is expected to start in Spring of 2023 and finish in 2024.
